I have to say so far it is AWESOME! I haven't driven it much but I have 0 belt trouble!!!! That is a huge plus for me!!!
Yesterday the car felt fast on the road but it had a EXTREMELY safe tune and a very loose belt( I saw 9lbs of boost) But it still felt faster than it was. But today. I tightened the belt and got a bunch of help with the tune and it is a diffent car. I saw AT LEAST 12lbs of boost!!!! That is twice what it had so it feels just INSANE!!!! I hope to get it to that track soon.
Thanks again for all of your help!

single digits single digits
I wish! I would be really happy with 10.4s! That would be way faster that what I have ever run.
Yes I am scared! I feel like I just got a supercharger for the first time. It is just so different!

Thats awesome Mark....that supercharger sounded really nice in that vid you posted. I've been working in Neenah the last few months....across the railroad tracks from your place. Maybe I'll see you out driving it sometime.

Mark, it should prove to be bullet-proof as far as the reliability of the blower goes...
Now... your shortblock on the other hand... :thud:

Thanks guys! I aM going to be sort of careful with the stockblock as to keep it under 6000 rpms but other than that I am going to race it hard!
I figure I was over the block max so what can I do....
I stepped up one pulley size from stock to keep the blower in effecency(sp). So it is a 3.12/6.87. What does everyone else run?

OK. I was just wondering what you were using to see 12#. A lot of people use the 3.1 or 2.95 with the stock lower. But the smaller the pulley the more issues you can have with the belt slipping. Guy looking for 14-15# use a 8" lower and 3.33" upper. But that spins it a little faster than the 6.87/2.95 combo.

8" crank pulley is the way to go. 8" with a 3.12 is a nice combo.

I have the 8" lower with the 3.33" for the street and 93 octane
The 8" lower and 3.12" (or 2.95") upper will be my race gas/track combo. I can't wait!

I will be going with a cog set up this year. 73 lower and a 30 upper for the street, and a 77 lower and a 28 upper for the track.
