Quick questions?

I have just come across a really good deal on ford c springs and tokico stuts and shocks(blues). First question, would this be a decent set up for a car that is mainly street driven but will see the track a few times? Second, would ford B springs be any better than C springs? Finally how much of a drop could I expect with either of these springs?

Any opinions appreciated, i need to take this deal or not by tomorrow.
