My daily driver NVR EVIL 1994 Thunderbird has been retired and is now waiting for me to do something with her. She has 135,xxx miles on the 4.6L , newer trans, and independant rear suspension with a 8.8 and 3.08 gears. The clearcoat is peeling bad, rust in front of the rear tires and some electrical issues behind the steering wheel (not infront of it  ) Lately I've seen cars in near perfect condition go for almost nothing and not too confident on reselling this auto.

The big question, do i try and sell it whole, or do i part it out and try to sell off some parts? Both options I believe will yield the same money income.

Waiting for title to come back from DMV making a clear title, showed Lien on it.

Unless this car has some sort of special meaning to you, part it out. They aren't fetching all that much whole. I voted part it out...

I voted sell if not a personal connection with the car. How much time do you have to part it out and have pieces of the car around for how long..

All of my cars hold sentimental value. Depends on your situation. I've got a '90 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme in my garage now. It's only worth maybe $1,000 on a good day. But, my parents bought the car new because of my influence. I was 20 years old then and I always told myself I wanted the car when they were done with it. They gave the car to me 4 years ago. I don't plan on selling it anytime soon. I want to restore/modify the car.

However, I've got to get my two Mustangs done first.
