Getting close....

Car is getting really close to being finished. For now its out of my hands until monday when I pick it up from Furo Racing. When I bring it home I have a bunch of little things to do along with a major obstacle of no radiator. I ordered one months ago but I guess Griffin is having some problems internally in the company right now and are having problems making parts so here I sit with no radiator. I think I'm going to throw a stock radiator in it just so I can make some passes at MMA day. Monday I'll be picking the car up after work in the morning and pulling an all day - all night job on the car mounting the new tires, changing a u-joing, wiring, etc. and I'll probably be finishing it up in the pits that day like I normally do.... With some good luck I'll be rolling into GLD on the 15th with the car in tow. Speaking of that, when do the festivities start on April 15th?

Cobra: Does not shift into 4th gear at high RPM, has done this since I installed a used tremec.

LX: Tranny is too sloppy between 2-3, and I am in the process of "transforming" it anyway... :hehe:

I too wish I had a race ready car, but running pig rich still and having a one wheel wonder rear end still isnt exactly the recipe for a good track time.... On april 15th, this will be my one year anniversary of having a one wheel wonder stang :thud: damn im lazy. hopefully it will be fixed in a few weeks after the race though.

Going test and tuning on the 8th at slippery rock, so it'll be a PUSH to raise enough funds to come down on the 15th, but I"ll try like hell.
Would love to come down and make noise with the GLD/MMA gang!
