What an interesting night at work.

I got off the road and took a yard job last month because my wife is in her final months of pregnancy. Tonight I went to work and can now say I've seen it all. We were going down a yard track with just an engine when we heard the switch crew at the other end of the yard calling play by play on the radio of a drunk that some how got lost in our rail yard. She was coming down the road and went around the gates at the crossing where there is 3 sets of tracks and just missed side swiping a train. Then she turned and drove straight down a set of tracks and then drove across numerous sets of tracks thru the yard. She then drove up a gravel road and over another set of tracks and then drove between some tracks until she finally hit a switch head on which lifted her car up and damaged the passenger side pretty good but she was still trying to get away. Me and my partner thought it was a drunk guy (which has happened before because there are alot of bars near by) so we went down there in a hurry and ran out of the engine to apprehend this dangerous criminal :rolleyes: .....only to find out that it was a woman. She reeked of alcohol and was noticibly drunk. While all this was going on we had called the police so they were on their way. My partner reached in and pulled the keys out before the crazy bitch could run my ass over just as the police showed up. Then she started freaking out and yelling at people that weren't even there. She really looked like she was on a bad acid trip. That is the best way I can describe it. If you've never seen someone on a bad acid trip then you probably won't fully understand but we will say this lady was screwed up. She was totally uncooperative with the police so they dug thru the car to find her purse. The pulled out her ID and what do you think fell out of her purse? A nice pipe stuffed with dope and a bottle of pills. They found more pills in her back pocket. This lady didn't even know what town she was in and she lived right around the corner! Of course being the good hearted citizen that I am, I took pictures :D
