I just wanted to give a BIG Thank You to JR, (Granatelli). I bought some GMS weight jackers thru a local vendor a few weeks back that are for 79-04 Mustangs. I PM’d Grantelli with a few concerns I had regards to the steel bushing sleeves being for 12mm bolts, but 99-04’s has 14mm bolts for the lowers. I drilled out the rod ends myself with no issues, but the sleeves that go thru the rubber bushing, I warped them a little from the bench vise and didn’t feel comfortable using them since they would stretch the bushing. JR was very quick with his responses to my questions and didn’t leave me waiting. He got me in touch with a Morgan at GMS and had him send me out the steel inserts machined for 14mm bolts, free of charge! It was great! They fit perfect and made the install go a lot smoother since the ones that came with the arms seemed a hair too long making it impossible to fit in the axle side mounts. This is a perfect example of excellent customer service and a company that stands behind there products. This has been a great experience for me that will keep me coming back to GMS for future parts. I dealt with many other companies in the past and most of them left a bad taste in my mouth or just ticked me off with their ignorance. Again Thank you GRANATELLI. :worshippy

Oh yeah, just finished up the rear last night, can’t wait to get to the track!

Wow.
What A-holes. It takes one guy to snowball crap like that :bash:
I bet all those guys never even used a GMS part or have any experience with them. Just word of mouth is what they are basing their opinion off :cussing:
That one pic of the broken lca, is off ModularFords.com, the guy that it broke on his Cobra, said he heard water slosh around inside the arm when he bought them (used). Well HELLO!!! That should raise a red flag right away! GMS would of replaced them if he called them i bet! But the guy still put them on and the rust made it snap.
