I lurked around a couple of 351c forums for awile and came up with this combo. Thirty over popups open chamber CJ heads with bigger valves and shaved twenty thou for about 10.5-1. Holly Strip Dominator, Crower 1.73 ss Rockers, Crower Solid cool face lifters. FMS Cam Effective lift IN .580 EX .606 Will get a little more out of it with the rockers I used. Heat treated Internal ballance crank. Heat treated 4 bolt Block. High volume pump, Windage tray. I am going to use a Race demon 750 with Artt Carr of Cali
C-4, 4000 stall 9" converter. The car was 2800 with driver and no K-member and such, I found that hard to belive. I put the K-member in and we will see At the Scales. I built this motor for about 2500.00 Going to swaps and Ebay.

Nice set up, that thing should run out real nice!!...If you know what you are doing, and know where to look, mix that all together with a little bit of luck and you can build a pretty stout cleveland on the cheap.....The biggest downfall to the cleveland is finding replacement parts if you break something.....I know around here, the blocks are pretty hard to come buy.....The rest is fairly easy to get....Nice combo!!...let us know how it runs...
