94 Mustang GT Door Panel Removal

Does anyone know how you remove the side door interior panel to access the
power cable for the remote power mirror.

flathead screwdriver lifts up the plastic trim panel which houses the switches.

If you need to remove the whole door panel, then remove all harnesses from the switch plate, remove two screws from undr that smaller panel, remove mach pod or small mirror trim panel, grab bottom of entire door panel and pull up.

Have the window all the way down to do this. Easy as pie.

The vehicle has 40,000 original miles and has avoided Michigan winters and salt.I,ve been updating performance parts and my new project will be to update the suspension. Unfortunately I craked the mirror off while washing the auto. It seems the plastic components become brittle over time.
