I just picked up the 8.8 rear out of an 03 GT.
I got a great deal on a Detroit TruTrac and rear girdle from DTS that are on their way.
Now I just need to let the car budget recover so I can get the axels & gears.

What are you going to put in it for axles? Are you going to go with some lightweight jobbers right away? It sounds really weird to say I need a beefy rear end for my V6.....but the way your car goes you will need it eventually.
