It's a Dyno Chalenge and car show, September 14-17
Hours are= Thur. 5pm-8pm, Fri. 10am-8pm, Sat.9am-8pm,Sun.10am-5pm.
Cost $80.00 for 1-3 pulls
$20.00 additional Diesels
$15.00 additional air fuel sniff
$65.00 for motorcycles, Sorry NO 4 wheel drive
CASH ONLY

The event is rain or shine if it's raining it will be moved indoors there is food available to purchase as well

I believe they have classes of cars N/A, NOS, Turbo, and Supercharged and I think they give something out to the top 3 in each but I don't know if they group any together or not.

Does any one plan on going?

I was down there last night to watch my friend's dad run his Chevy Duramax. It put down 599.4 HP and hit the dyno's limit of 1200 lb/ft torque. I'll probably be down there again this afternoon watching. No money in the budget to run mine, got other things to pay for.

whats the record so far for a gas powered engine? anybody know?

is this an inground dyno or above ground? I wanted to dyno my car this year yet, maybe I'll bring it down this evening.

If some of the sponsors of the event run there cars they will put up some big #s. I know Ribbons Imp went low 8s last year in a 4000#+ car and I thought he has a different motor now. You have probably seen that car before, late 60s with a black hood. There should surely be some 8 second cars there I would think.

yeah I know Ribbons car is bad ass plus he drives it on the street. I'm sure he would drive it to Nagel & lay down some good #'s. he wouldn't be in the car show thats for sure lol....
I figure I'm good for 650 rwhp NA. I don't think I would spray it on the dyno.

He drove that thing out to the Kilte this year and from what I hear he came back with a few little pieces of yellow paper.
