Well we have been having issues with our first floor AC.
They serviced it a week ago, yesterday it did not work so they checked it & recharged the freon. Worked great for a few hours then nothing.
So today they pressure tested from the condensor to the inside & it was fine. Found out there was a small leak outside in one of the coils for the condensor.
Go figure one of the hottest days so far & no AC down stairs. Good thing the second floor works. We have BIG fan at the top of the stairs blowing the cool air down.
These guys are great. They are going to have it replaced today with a nice new high efficiency unit like we just installed for upstairs.
