Everything wen smooth with the installl- it was actually not bad.

Im running the 6 lb pulley- where should I be with timing, plug gap, and where should I have the BTM set at for * of timing to pull out at WOT.

Start with 10 degrees base and the BTM at 1, standard plug gap. You may find you can run 0 on the BTM with 6PSI and good quality gas at 10 degrees base. If you don't get any "rattle" try 12 degrees base and 1 on the BTM. In hot weather you may want to go with a little more on the BTM dial.
When/if you go to 9 PSI than the BTM setting will become more critical.
