So here's my problem, about two years ago, i replaced my clutch in my 90 GT which mostly stock save ram air, headers, flowmasters, H pipe, and timming. I used a king cobra clutch, replaced everything in there but the clutch fork and pivot for the fork. I have a BBK adjustable cabel and a 5.0 short throw shifter. When i put the clutch in i could adjust it fine, but noticed right away that to get the feel of the clutch where i wanted it, i had to tighten the nuts up quite a bit, which didnt leave much room for future adjusting. The clutch now has maybe 10k on it and just changed the oil and decided to tighten it some. The nut has no more room on the bolt and now my clutch is slipping. Could my clutch fork be bent? Anyone with any info will be appreciated.
Thanks. :shifter:
