Another 3.8 for me...

I got a great deal on a '97 3.8L 5spd Mustang last night. The guy listed it on craigslist at 4:45 last night in Peoria IL and it was in my driveway by a little after 9p.m ( the seller met me half way). 103k on it and it's in excellent condition. My plans tentatively include a split port swap and power adder. I am considering doing the big work first, then doing the suspension and chassis work later.

This is my wifes favorite over all 4, 6, and 8 cyl Mustangs I've had so I'll likely get myself in trouble if I try getting rid of it anytime soon... maybe I'll keep this one long enough to actually start a project. Who knows though lol.

Here's a couple of pictures...

I sold my '89 GT last weekend and bought this Wednesday night. My plans are to either do a split port 4.2 swap, install an M-90 from a tbird, or add a small shot of nitrous with bolt on's. I'm also going to do the brakes and suspension for handling as opposed to drag racing (though the car will make plenty of trips to GLD once I get some pep in it)...
