I have a 94 mustang with a turbo setup and an AEM EMS, AEM Single UEGO, AEM 3.5 Bar MAP, 60lb High's and was looking for a bit of tuning advice. I have attached my cal and logs if anyone could help me sort it out a bit. I would like to get it somewhat driveable to go get the tune finalyzed professionally if possible.

Mike (86Merc) has a AEM on his Capri and Bob Kurgan sells and tunes AEM systems

I was on some other sites and basically showing that Bob was too busy with the season lately. I need a 100% daily driveable car and it seemed that his specialty was more race oriented but I may have assumed that incorrectly.

If I remember correctly Bob set up the base tune on Mikes car which he drives when ever it is nice out, and it runs like a champ in daily driving and makes great power too.

You did. Bob tunes conservative if that is what the application calls for or that is what you want.

Bob also just tuned Saltmaker's Powerdyne combo like two days ago.
FWIW, Kurgan tuned my Cobra three years ago and it ran great and was safe and reliable thru a full season and a half of street driving and track racing. It was only after I made changes that Bob had nothing to do with that I popped a head gasket.

Looks like I found the man for the Job. Bob Kurgan who came highly recommended to me by Scott originally is going to be doing the tune for me in a few weeks or so. I will let you all know how it goes. Thanks for taking the time to read my posts and give the advice you have given.

You will not regret having Bob tune the AEM. He trained with AEM engineers when they first started their business relationship. He knows this unit inside out. The base tune I received from Bob was great. Ran way better than my PMS from the start up. It is just a much better system.
Bob will do drivability as well as WOT. It is a simple system to use if you stick with the main fuel and timing maps. But it has many dimensions to it. There are many things you can do if you have the knowledge of what they are. It is a VERY powerful system! As much as Bob does there are things he will not be able to do in a day of tuning. Cold start is the hardest part of any radical set up and tune. You only get one, maybe two, chances to do it a day. But I guarantee it will be real close and you can play with it to get it dead on.
I have not had time to look at your cal yet. Where did you get it? Are you using the AEM for the boost controller as well? What unit did you use if you are? A friend is thinking to get a AEM for his turbo set up and is contemplating what W/G to use.
