Many of you have been following my dilemma with my Strange Struts/Coilovers/Maximum Motorsports CC Plates.

I can honestly say that 95%-99% of my noise is now gone! Thanks to Strange Engineering and their excellent tech support. Turns out that my struts were a member of a select group, namely a defective batch.

After working with Strange to determine how to identify my defective struts, they not only paid to ship mine back to them but worked with me to exchange them for a set of Fox Struts, so they won't bottom as often.

Upon re-installation, my coilovers are now nearly silent (especially compared to before).

If anyone wants more info regarding this they can contact me, I really don't want to create any bad press for Strange here. Fact of the matter is some defective ones got released and they took care of me. Granted I'm out a few hours of my time while troubleshooting this, but hey, it all worked out in the end!

Good to hear Dale...!!

I was very impressed with Strange Engineering, especially John, when I spoke to him regarding my options for upgrading my 8.8 versus going to a 9" and he was patient and helpful.

I gotta say, all manufacturers experience problems in manufacturing. It's how that act after the fact that matters. It sounds like Strange has gone above and beyond. That's great what they were willing to do.

They definitely pulled through for me, can't complain a bit about their service!

Awesome Dale! You'll like that set up. I got great results with my Strange struts. I miss the adjustability and wish i still had them, but the noise! Loosen them all the way up and the front will jump off the line.

setting two in front along with the 160# springs really gets the front up quick!!!

Maybe with those skinnies I'll get a little air under a tire... (I can always dream!)
