i went down to byron last weekend and had a great time. i raced s/p no box on sunday and went 5 rounds for $200. then on monday a friend of mine drove the car in s/p no box and went 5 rounds himself for $200.
the car was working great all weekend long and was very predictable until the end of monday. each round it was goin .01 to .02 quicker in the 4th and 5th round. the weather was coming back so fast but the car was starting to do hot laps basically..........that's why i was stumped to see it do that.
we went 10 rounds out of a total of 16 in 2 races. i couldn't be happier!!!
one scary thing.........................i cut a .009 light in the 3rd round on sunday which earned me the bye run in the 4th round. while driving back to the lanes happier than hell for winning the round and finding out i got the bye the car quit running and would not start.(coil went) we thrashed around to find the problem, put the spare in, and made it to the lanes in plent of time.
then for the bye run i dialed a .12 and ran a .12 with a 0.:thud:
