Gear/Tire size Q

Ok say I have a 3.73 gear in it with a 26" tall tire and switch to a 28" tire what would that gear equal to?

I need to get some new tires and wanna get a 28" (275/60/15 MT ET Street Radial) tire because it will make the car look better but wanna know what it will turn the gear into.

If you're going turbo, it will work well.
Gives it something to 'grunt' against.
