Hey guys,
I am working on removing the FMU on my dad's car and going to a PMS system with bigger injectors instead. My question is, There are two lines that run to the FMU, when I disconnect them, where do I route them to ????

Thanks in advance,
Jason

The FMU goes in line of the original return line. Just take the FMU off and re-connect the return line to the rails again. Make sure to check for leaks when you are done.

Do both the rails get routed to the return line ????

Do you have a factory fuel system on the car? If so when you take off the FMU the lines get hooked up just like they do from the factory. The feed line should not be touched. The FMU goes inline with the return line. The FMU is hooked up to the fuel rail on one side and to the return line on the car on the other side. Just disconnect the FMU and re-connect the return line on the car to the fuel rail. The feed and return lines have different size couplers. You can't mix them up if you tried.

Thanks for your help 86 merc,
My dad bought this car all done. The only thing we want to change is the fuel mangement so I am kind of figuring out how this car is setup as I go plus all my experience is with my carbed 85 that runs an N/A stroker so I am learning as I go as well. I guess I can say that the fuel system is factory. It has a 255lph in tank pump and a T-rex pump in-line. I will start to remove the FMU very soon I just wanted to make sure I knew what I am getting into.

Thanks again
Jason
