Is there anyone that has experience with blow-thru supercharging on a carbed setup ???? Of course winter is here and I am thinking about more power for next year. I am thinking about sticking more money into N/A parts(better heads, cam....) or saving the money going with a blown setup in a year or so. Right now I have a N/A 347 with a Holley 750 HP on it. I really don't think I want to go to fuel injection since the car isn't set up for it. So if I go the blower route I am left with a blow thru setup but I heard those are hard to tune. Any one have any input ????
Thanks,
Jason

I have been pondering doing the same thing... The best place I have found for info so far is here www.turbomustangs.com
They have a forum for blow through carb/turbo combo's. There are quite a few good pointers on tuning blow through carb set ups in there. I know that site cators to turbo's but boost is boost when you are blowing it into a carb... Hope this helps some..

your not stuck to a blow threw they suck anyway for a driveable street car this setup makes instant boost.dont need to send a carb out to a shop to calibrate it for blow threw setups.you can find these blowers around the 1000-1500$ used.your in slinger right some time if you want before the snow flys you should come over and check my setup out
