Woo Hoo! Can't wait. Hopefully I can find some decent tires for the stang. Who's all going? I'll be there around noon on Sat. and if it's decent I'll be back Sun. Ahh yes, the begining of the car show/swap meet season is almost upon us.
I go every year spring and fall. Usually on Saturday. I seem to have a different project that I'm looking for parts for every year. Tires are a pretty easy find. Hard part is deciding which ones. I'm finally going to use some I bought 5 years ago.

The mudpit of junk :)
I love how as the years go on there is more and more just plain CRAP there. Like how many sunglass booths do they need? I'm looking for some pro stars for some full slicks, but i honestly don't think there is gonna be anything out there for my car. They don't seem to have anything from the 4th gens at all. Usually some torn up body panels and stock rims, but that's about it. I'll still be there cause it's fun to walk through and you never know what you could find, so i guess that still pulls me in. What time are you gonna be there? Just wondering if we should have an MMA breakfast for those early risers? :)
Chris
Early risers? I have to be on the road before 6:00 a.m. to get there by 8:00. I used to get there at noon but by then parking was almost non-existent.
I wouldn't mind meeting up with people.

Yo Chris, I know how ya feel !!!!!! I felt that way about 5 yrs ago. Most used stuff is stock or junk from what I've seen. Once in a while you find something worth while @ the right price. I usually go with my Dad. He stays @ my house & we go out to breakfast & hit the swap & car corral. I go every year knowing most of the time the swap never has anything worth my time.

I hear you Chris. All I have to say is, Who the hell goes to a swap meet to buy BEANIE BABIES!!! Those spaces are taking up the precious space that could be inhabited by useful car parts!!!!! Ok, I'm done now. Back to your regularly scheduled swap meet thread already in progress......
