Reading the rule changes for 2005, I noticed that a convertible running better than 13.49 needs a 6 point roll bar.
I have a 1999 Cobra Convertible and I believe that it would run close to that w/o any mods.
If I put the kids on a diet and work all weekends I may be able to put a blower in the car for next summer.
Will I need a 6-point roll bar even for fun racing nights?
Will that eat up my back seat?
Does anyone know a good roll bar mfgr? Prices?

Depending on the track, you might get away with it a few times but they catch on and throw ya off

I have seen some roll bars kits that retain the use of the back seat in a vert but I cant remember which ones

there has also been discussions about exempting factory cars from the rollbar requirement, but nothing has been decided as far as I know.
