When I left a year ago we were pushing the car up on the trailer with a blown head gasket and I was looking for that elusive 10.6X pass. Well one year later I am chasing a new number and I have had no mechanical failures....... :thumbs_up :D

Well we had some freezing rain and snow Christmas day so I had planned on canceling my trip to the track, but when I got out of bed and looked outside and noticed the weather was great I loaded up the car and headed to the track and I am definately glad I did.

I ran a couple of new personal best. Previous PB was 10.63@127mph

60ft 1.462
1/8 6.668@103.2mph
1/4 10.503@128.06

That was the second pass of the day and had me chasing the elusive 10.4 the rest of the day. The worst pass of the day still beat my personal best with a 10.60@127mph with a horrible 1.5460ft. Just couldnt seem to put the number together for a 10.40 pass.

So now its time to chase that 10.40 pass.

Oh and as far as the rest of the Family......Kim is doing fine and Lance is 33 inches long and 27lbs :thud: and only 14 months old.

Guys count your blessings. The local 1/4 (30miles) mile track only has a TNT on wendsday and doesnt run every weekend. Oh and it hooks like crap. The local (40miles) 1/8 mile track is actually a short 1/8 but hooks like a madman. The only 1/4 thats runs Friday TNT, Sat Bracket and Sunday Street Racing is 92miles away, and it hooks well also, but is US41 caliber and can get crazy some nights....Last year there was a big Street Race (nothing like RSD) on Fat Tuesday and someone got shot. So I only go on Sundays during the day. We had lance out there last sunday and he seemed to have a blast.
