Transmission Cooler

any ideas on where i could mount my tranny cooler? its a tube style one with fins. the mounting holes are ~23 inches apart. the fin area is 2.5 inches x 22 inches.

EDIT: that's newspaper on the cooler to help install it by preventing me from cutting myself and to avoid fin damage according to the note that is attached...

Well I have mine installed in front of the radiator on the drivers side.
Mine is also 11"x6"x1-1/2". You want it where it will get good airflow.

I will try to get a pic of my install tomorrow.

tube style like that...under the rad bulkhead

though you'd be much better off with something more like Kirk's...the stacked plate coolers are pretty cheap and far superior in design

i put mine behind the radiator between it and the fan
