This week we get a foot of snow dumped on us & next Wednesday is forecast to be 54* :thud:

We got lucky last night & it stayed mostly rain around here.

We got a little snow before it changed to rain. I only noticed because I had cleaned all the snow off the Mustang but there was about an inch on the cover this morning.

I think Kirk must not be aware of how much rain is on the way for the upper midwest James. There isn't anywhere for the water to go either. Look for an eventful couple of days around here...

That is where I am heading next week for a little R&R. :D It will be nice to get away from this crap.

Last night the lightning was awsome though. :rockon: It lit up the sky for a good ten minutes strait at one point.

This morning I was putting plates on the trailer it was freezing rain. With in a few minutes it went to snow to hard rain and back to snow. WTF!

It's cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey. :D

Back in the days of sailing ships, cannon balls were stacked on the decks in pyramids. The pyramids were held in place by a brass frame around the base, called a "monkey". When it got cold, the brass monkey contracted, and the cannon balls rolled off around the ship's deck.

I tried to get some work done in the garage this morning. My first clue that it was a bad idea was the garage door was frozen shut. My hands were so cold I couldn't hold a wrench even with work gloves on. Then My tail gate and passenger door of my truck were frozen shut too. IT IS COLD!

Joel & Kristin, I don't remeamber charging you guys money for anything. I guess I could change that. Kristin, So your passing on that FREE trip to Fla?
