I had this under windsor tech, but I think it might do better here:
Odds are I'm going to end up with Jorges car, Pewterstallion (Boost-it)s old car. With that rebuilt 306 in it, currently 30lb injectors, I was thinking about possibly getting a Vortech S-trim. With the forged internals, milled heads and that E303 cam, what do you think would be a safe boost for someone with a heavy foot? Also, what other kind of prep work would I want to do? Possibly larger injectors I was thinking, larger radiator, dual 12" electric fans... anything else I'm not thinking of?

You could have the best internals in the world if the block is stock you'll split it if you go over 530 ish at the wheels.

Oh, you can make more than 530rwhp on a stock block.....once. Also, try not to wind it up past 6500 with 20 lbs. of boost.

Stock radiator and fan should be good. (if you are on a budget).

well I'd like to do it right, so if I have to spend extra, thats not a problem. The block is bored 30 over, ignition is not stock anymore, I don't exactly remember what it is, and it has a 190lph intank pump
