After further testing I'm thinking its the ALT. The tester is right on the line of bad and good. I have my battery in the trunk and thought maybe thats why it was showing low. Anybody else change one out yet. I'm also thinking because my tendencys of revving the motor so high made it weak. Anybody else have experiences with this problem. :burnout:

I've never kept a combo long enough to have one go out! LOL

I go through batteries like no one's business though...

I noticed that you have PULLIES as a mod.....put your stock alt pulley back on to speed up your alternator.

I dont know with the 4v pullies, but my 2v pullies the alt pullyn is the same size as stock

as for replacing a alt. I have about 58k on my 2v and the still the factory alt. (I know you were asking about the 4v, just wanted to chime in)
