Are they the same as the Mustang PI heads that people are looking for? Thanks.

I believe the "PI" heads you're speaking of were available in late 2001. When I had a 2001 Bullitt Mustang they came with the PO? heads and many guys were changing to the newer style "PI" for blower applications. Not sure about the year F150 in your post.

They are the same heads as on the 99+GT's PI
