no right turns!!! [Archive]

I have a 93 Ford Escort GT, 1.8 5 speed. When I make right hand turns the car likes to sputter, even with a full tank of gas. Any guesses? lol

Mine used to do that, but only on really hard turns. I replaced the fuel pump and it seemed to fix it. Also make sure that the air intake tube isn't cracked open.

you mean the hose going from the mass air meter to the throttle body?

That would be the air intake hose. Might want to chck out the IAC motor also.

the hose is good. I know the car needs a tps, think that has anything to do with it?
