Any body folks want a small side job?

I have a spot of paint that lifted off my painted bumper cover. I want to get it fixed when I take my car out of storage. I had one guy look at it and was ready to have him do it but he insisted that he take the bumper off and I don't want that done for fear and almost certainty that it will never line up right again. He wanted to do it to avoid overspray on the rest of the car and I would rather buy an a$$load of plastic and masking tape than have the bumper come off. I have a good friend that looked at it and would do it (bumper on car) but he is suuuper busy and he will refuse to take $, which isn't cool with me either.

Here are some pics. The spot is under the passenger headlight, as you can probably tell. The close up is what the paint was doing before the chunk came off.

if you mask it and supply the paint I know a guy who can paint it. He did approximately 6 years of body work I believe. He still has his touch. He buys used truck caps for his own trucks and paints them himself to match the truck and they look like a factory paintjob. For costs I'm sure if you threw a couple of bucks his way and bought him a case of beer he would be as happy as a pig in sh*t lol
