When you have a dynotune done at a performance shop, are you able to save the stock tune or not?? How does this process work? I would like to have one done on the Mach, possibly by Pauls in Michigan or a similiar shop in Spring.. Thanks for the help..

With the SCT software, which I think Paul uses. You can keep the stock tune and have 3 additional ones. Paul is a great guy too!

So if I went to Pauls I would purchase the handheld tuner directly from him and then he would perform a dynotune on the car, and the stock tune as well as the performance tune he puts in will be left in the tuner, correct?

I would think if your car is stock he could send you a tune and it would be perfect without even putting it on the dyno. And ya, the stock tune and other tunes just get saved in the little handheld box.

Well, the only thing I have now is an SLP catback exhaust, but I was thinking about getting the PHP airbox also.. Thanks for the info!!
