Drilling throttle body?

Can anyone tell me what size hole to drill in my throttle body? I was told this will help the car idle a little leaner and better... But I'm not sure what size to drill does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!!

I agree. I would buy the IAC plate adj. I'd never drill into the t.b.
