Stopped by Dynotuned in Madison on the way to my parents' place near Black River Falls this last Wednesday. Figured since I'm going that way for turkey hunting, why not get the car dynod again and get some more data.

Well, she put down a little more. I got a damn exhaust leak that's f'ing up my driver's side o2 sensor(slow reading), so it's dumping too much fuel...enough to bring down the power a bit, but driveability is fine yet.

Put down 370/394...a bit better than last time, and more than enough to make me happy. I should have my exhaust leak fixed by the dyno day and hope to crack the 400/400 mark. It should, since A/F is dropping to about 10:1 because of the leak.

Edit: Here's the graph:

Nice numbers! Why the jumpy numbers? Did the dyno guy explain that to you? Can they datalog boost? How much do you see and where does it peak? Sorry for all the ???'s

A friend of mine dynoed his 03 cobra and the boost peaked at 4500 at 13lbs and fell to 11lbs at 6200. He wasn't getting any slip either.

Thanks!

Not sure why the graph is jumpy. No smoothing on the graph...maybe that's why it's not so smooth? I dunno.

Boost logging: Don't think I have that, but I might (got a pile of files to dig though) Didn't see any boost drop on my gauge during all the pulls though. I know it was 7 lbs about 2k-3k, 8lbs from around 3k-4k, and 9lbs to almost 10 from 4k-6k(from watching my gauge). Definitely something to watch for at the Dyno Day.

If they can do this, see if they can hook up a boost gauge on the dyno. Not all dynos have it but I think it is one of the most important thing to watch on a supercharged car. It can teach you ALOT!

Even when my friend with the 03 Cobra had the stock pulley, his boost peaked at 4500 at 8.5lbs and by 6200 it was at 7.8lbs.

Also if you can make it RSD at WIR is this Friday. Track prep is usually UNREAL!
