Need Help Asap On Pulley Removal

I wa nt tot put on my 8 in ch crank and 3.15 vortech pulley for the dyno tomarrow but even with the screw out in the front i cant slide the pulley off. i tried hitting with a rubber mallet, praying with a crowbar but the only thing that moves is the shaft. how can i get this damn thing off?
