We are set.
I just got off the phone with Sleep Inn , Inn & Suites in Milan and secured us a rate of $79.95 per night for a room with 2 Queen size beds (normally $89.95).

This is 2 miles from the track & has free wireless high speed internet access

Here is the procedure:
Call the hotel directly at (734) 439-1400
Mention that you are with the V6 Ford Challenge at Milan Dragway.
Try to call Mon - Fri between 7am & 3pm.
Rob is the Hotel Rep that I set this up with so any issues getting the rate please ask for him, or let me know.
