Before my pony rims can go in to be powder painted they have to be cleaned, everything needs to be removed from them. Now they have already been cleaned with engine cleaner and that bascily only got off the road grim. Right now we are using a small "scothbrite" type sanding disc on the drill. Does anyone have any better ways or any companies that can do a drip cleaing for aluminum????

Well considering I don't know of anywhere that beadblasts, I think I may try the aircraft paint stripper, can't be any worse then sitting out there with the dremel and polishing wheel.

It burns like hell if it gets on your skin. It will leave a burn mark if you don't catch it quick enough. We used to use it in the body shop when we had to strip complete cars. I had 3 layers of gloves on, the top ones being chemical gloves and after an hours worth of work my hands were numb. To this day I still get episode of numbness. Basically, be careful with it.
