This is what you need Joel to do it right:
„800 grit wet/dry sandpaper and foam wet sanding block.
„Water spray bottle
„Wool buffing pad
„Buffer
„Fine to medium cut compound.
„Masking tape
Mask off the bumper cover around the headlights and raise the hood up. Use the spray bottle to keep the headlight wet as you sand with the 800 grit. Once you see the water turn kinda milky, re spray the headlight and paper down again. Sand out the whole headlight until it's clear, but foggy. It will turn foggy. After this, clean the headlight and hit it with the wool pad and coumpound, be carefull not to burn the plastic, feel it as you go. It should clear up to a crystal finish. You can wax as a last step, but its not necessary.
I used the 3m plastic headlight kits before and it works ok, but the wet sanding trick works excellent and well worth the 1 hr of work.
Hope this helps...

I like the wet sand method better. Then you won't be left with any teny tiny scratches in the lens. I would also take the headlight right out, they come out pretty easy and it makes working and clean up much easier.

Never taken out a FOX headlight how is it done?
Pretty simple actually.
1. First and most obvious step..take out the bulb. Don't touch the bulb lens!! Any fingerprints or grease will cause a hot spot and make the bulb burn out.
2. Locate and loosen the three 11mm nuts on the back side of the headlight panel. One to the outside closest to the fender, two to the inside. The top
one on the inside can be a pain. The airbag sensors are right behind them. Use a wrench or pull the sensor. Wrench is easier.
3. Pull the lens out
than simple. The seal may come out with it no big deal, but the adjuster plate can stay right in the car no need to remove and mess the alignment up.
