Yep :D
I gained peak vs. peak 24rwhp and 10rwt dynojet proven. used to peak a 5k, with cams i now peak at 5500.

Did they help you much in the 1.4 mile?

with just the cams I picked up almost 4mph and 3-4 tenths off (could be more but my trans is starting to give me crap going into 2nd)

My cams are untuned and idle like a champ. only once in a blue moon, my car will die if i let it idle after the first start up of the day. These are considedred mild cams, they are fine for a DD.

Depends. in my case i didn't need a tune. the only thing you'd want a tune is on these cams is for your A/F ratio, but when i jumped on a dyno, i was around 12.8-13.0 so i'm fine and safe. I but my cams straight thru VT Engines, TOny scored his new in the classifies on some other site.

anything esle i should know?

Not really. the cams come with new cam bolts and washers. Once you get them in, get on a dyno to make sure you are not running too lean. That will determine if you need a tune/chip. Do some reading on the install first, before you get stated, if you plan to do the install yourself. The hard part really is removing the valve covers, you have to fiangle them off just right to clear the cam caps, there's little clearance. The lifters pop right off once you pop off the rockers (followers). i used a flat blade screwdriver to pop the rockers off and a magnet to pull the lifters. you have to bleed the oil out of the lifters. you don't need to bleed them completely dry, but enough so the plunger can move a little. I used compressed air, by spray the air in the oil holes in the lifter, then i carefully slowly compressed the lifters in a bench vise to bleed them a little more, this took over an hour to do all 16, take your time, because if you damage a lifter, it will make noise.

Im probably gonna have some one do the install for me. i dont have the patients. I would most likely mess something up. Id feel safer having someone that knows for sure what they are doing.

So for sure i would pass emissions or i should be able to pass emissions. Tis is pretty much gonna be my deciding factor

You should, being a OBD-II car. Even on the rollers with the cats, you might be fine.
