Not sure exactly what model you are looking for, but Pauls High Performance sells them for '94 to '04.

In a recent issue of "5.0 and SF" they just did a SN-95 interior upgrade and they said it dropped 40lbs. Latemodel Restoration Supplies sells them too.

Bulid one yourself. It's not that hard. You can do it out of wood or sheetmetal
