hey guys, i finally got a hold of comp cams yesterday and they as of yet dont have a cam built for the 4.0 stang. thats ok i guess but i asked the guy about a custom grind and he told me that if i can supply a blank set of cams for the ride, they would cut me up something for $135. thats isnt bad at all except he says i gotta go through the factory for blanks and it would really all depend on how froggy the guys are that i talk too whether or not i could get it. my question is, does anyone have ties to ford or know of a GOOD way to get blanks without getting down on my knees and begging teh stealership and hoping they hear my plea? all motor is of priority and a set of cams is a step in the rite direction and if i can find some connections early on for blanks then my goal isnt as hard. i hope someone can help me here cause i would like to try and order the blanks ASAP, so i can send them to comp. thanks in advance guys.
