Porting and Polishing

I'd like to port and polish my intakes and heads...I've got somewhat of an idea of what I'm doing, but if anyone has anywhere I can get good instructions, that'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Intakes are pretty easy to do.
Heads I would have done by someone that has done ours before to get them right.

I think there are some DIY instructions . I'll take a look.
