hood scoop got here

hey all i decided for the hood scoop first simply because if i didnt get it, i would continue to postpone it and eventually never get it. HOWEVER, i do still plan on getting mad motor mods and suspenion mods to keep the body "strong like bull" or pony in our case. anywho... i have spoken with a guy from mustangpartsdirect.com and he will be sending me info on this kit. anyone heard of it or seen it in person? i think i would get this in about 2 seconds instead of the saleen kit i have been eye balling.

as kool as this kit is, no info has been posted on it yet and when he said it was reasonably priced... well, i wanna know what reasonable is to him cuz to me i mite be better off getting the saleen kit. we will see but your comments on it would be great. its just awesome in my opinion.

i cant seem to find the picture of teh black version which is closer to what the production model will be like but aside from the red one being wide body, the black pretty much mimics it. anyway, i keep saying i want my car to be a show car and damned if this kit would not get me some recognition. i have capped off the price tag to just under 4000. i figure in the end for the saleen i will end up paying close to that. the kits 1500, i gotta get her painted which will prob run me another 800 bones and then teh time for the body kit install so if the diff between the 2 isnt to great i will def. go with this. he actually said that this will be available at certain stealerships. hmmmmmmmmm... if i knew that i would have waited but its still a doable kit. its new sheet metal by the way, so it will not crack like fiberglass would over time.
