as much positive caster as possible with both being equal. Set the ride height at what it runs down the track and set the camber to zero. Then with as close to zero bumpsteer as possible set the toe to zero-1/16 total in.

yes. the extra camber gained from the from suspension drop at rest shouldn't create enough toe out that it will scrub tires too bad. DS-2s will only go a 1000 miles or so on the street anyway from my experience.
